Who doesn’t love tacos? Easy, fast, tasty, economical. Dinner is D-O-N-E.

The problem is, tacos can get just a bit boring if (like us), you’ve been making them the same way forever. Plus, we have a vegetarian in our house. Finding tasty alternatives to ground beef is something we’re constantly challenged with.

Here are some recipes we just threw into ClipDish to use as alternatives to our regular Taco Tuesday fare.

Mel at Mel’s Kitchen Cafe serves up this yum-tastic recipe that features skirt steak, a colorful and easy slaw, and a sauce that she calls “the sauce to end all sauces.” (Check out the ingredient list. She may be right!)
